What Our Students Have to Say
“Joining the Department of Materials Science and Engineering is the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s a field that combines the stuff you’ve always had to read in textbooks to actual applications in industry. Imagine, not just a class, but an entire major designed for use in the real world. MSE gives you the ability, like all other engineering disciplines, to piece together Legos©, and adds the ability to make those Legos© bigger, better, and stronger. That’s something most people can’t say, and that’s why I’m here.”
