A student must first apply for their degree with the Office of the Registrar. The applications can be obtained at the Academic Services Office. Deadlines for the submittal of degree application occur with in the first two weeks of the term in which you plan to graduate.

Please pay close attention to the dates published in the catalog, the schedule of courses, and the critical date handout published by both the Graduate School and the Office of the Registrar. The application for degree is only valid for one term. If you fail to graduate in the term you applied, you must reapply for a degree in the new term you intend to graduate.
