Step 3: Application Checklist

Thank you for applying to the University of Florida Materials Science Department. For your convenience, we have provided this Application Checklist. Please make sure that you have completed all of the necessary forms and mailed the appropriate paperwork before the application deadline.

I. Office of Admissions

The following must be submitted by ETS to the University of Florida Office of Admissions using the following codes:
Institution Code = 5812
Department Code = 1403

• Official GRE score reports.

II. Materials Science Department

The following must be completed and mailed to the UF Materials Science Department:

• Two official transcripts from all schools attended
• Copy of GRE score reports from ETS

The following must be completed and submitted online:

• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Statement of purpose
